1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Finlens ("the Platform"), operated by Kredo Analytics ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all users, including registered users, trial users, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
Finlens is a cloud-based financial reporting addon for Zoho Books that provides:
- Tag-wise Trial Balance and Profit & Loss reports
- Detailed pivot analysis across reporting tags
- Transaction drill-down and clearing
- MIS tagging and bucket analysis via Excel upload
- Multi-company support with separate credentials
- Excel report exports
Finlens is a reporting and analysis tool. It reads data from your Zoho Books account via API. It does not modify, create, or delete any data in your Zoho Books organization unless explicitly stated (e.g., transaction clearing creates journal entries in Zoho with your confirmation).
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- One account per individual. Shared accounts are not permitted.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Free Trial
- New accounts receive a 15-day free trial with full access to all features.
- No credit card is required to start the trial.
- At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Platform.
- We reserve the right to modify trial duration or terms at any time.
5. Subscription & Billing
- Monthly Plan: ₹3,000/month + 18% GST (₹3,540/month).
- Yearly Plan: ₹36,000/year + 18% GST (₹42,480/year).
- Custom Plan: Contact us for enterprise pricing with additional users and companies.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.
- All subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason.
6. Wallet & Add-on Charges
- Certain features (additional companies, transaction clearing) use a wallet-based system.
- Additional company: ₹2,500 per company.
- Transaction clearing: ₹1 per transaction.
- Wallet balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Zoho Books Integration
- Finlens connects to your Zoho Books account via Zoho's official OAuth 2.0 API.
- You must have valid Zoho API credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) to use the Platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring your Zoho Books plan supports API access.
- Finlens is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zoho Corporation.
- We are not responsible for changes to Zoho's API, pricing, or availability that may affect Finlens functionality.
8. Data & Accuracy
- Finlens displays data fetched from your Zoho Books account. The accuracy of reports depends on the accuracy of your Zoho Books data.
- We are not responsible for incorrect reports arising from incorrect or incomplete data in Zoho Books.
- Reports generated by Finlens are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial or tax advice.
- Always verify critical financial data with your accountant or financial advisor before making business decisions.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Resell or redistribute Finlens without written permission
- Deliberately abuse API rate limits or overload our servers
10. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, logos, and trademarks of Finlens are the property of Kredo Analytics. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Your financial data remains your property. We claim no ownership over data you process through the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Finlens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Service Availability
- We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via email with at least 24 hours' notice when possible.
- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to Zoho API downtime, which is outside our control.
13. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access will cease and cached data will be deleted.
- You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
